Adrift Alternative

Hey Brad, I just wanted bring this to your attention. For anyone else in MIN 252 looking to push their game a little further, Inform 7 is a fantastic alternative to Adrift.

It’s fairly non-technical, a bit more time-consuming than Adrift, but much, much more can be done with it. I’ll be using it mostly because of its “menu” capability–so that I can make conversation in my game more two-sided and realistic. (For instance, instead of being limited to “ask about _____, and tell about _____,” the player will have a few options of dialouge to choose from. This is critical to building the satire/humor theme in my game.)
