For Tuesday MIN 352 folks:

Definition of Interactive Storytelling

Interactive Stories

• J-Lab
• Interactive Narratives

What I expect from discussion:

1. Please explore at least 3 of the interactive archive projects
2. From there, please choose 2-3 interactive projects that you find interesting
3. On Tuesday, be prepared in class to discuss the following:

• What the project is supposed to do in terms of reaching its audience (what is its audience)
• Does it accomplish that?
• What are its failings?
• What components of the project would you change?
• What makes this engaging? What would you have done differently?
• How would you approach this project

Please have this written down so we can explore this in some detail. You should be prepared to illustrate your points using the computer at the front (what you like and don’t like, ect). This isn’t a formal presentation but part of the in-class assignment.

You should plan on presenting approximately 10 minutes.
