Printing the Final

Hey all:

A few options you have. If you are on a Mac, in the TRACK CHANGES OPTION just make sure that the box that says print markup with final is UnChecked!

On the PC:

Make sure that you are simply printing FINAL in the Reviewing toolbar; or
In the FILE tab across the top of your document, go to Print. Within the Print pop-up there is a drop-down box that says: Print What. Make sure that is set to just DOCUMENT. If it says Print with Markup, change it to just Document.
