Hey y’all:

Here’s some of the papers that have gone under in the last few months, at least in terms of their paper products:

• Ann Arbor News
• Seattle Post-Intelligencer (reference to Rocky Mountain News + potential closing of SF Chronicle and Tuscon Citizen)
• USA Today’s story on mass closings

This, of course, isn’t catastrophic. The only people really concerned about this are journalists. But new media storytellers will be fine. The future isn’t print. It’s not television. It’s not radio.

It’s storytelling. It’s distribution. It’s conversation.

That’s why these social technologies are so important.
