Writing Salon: Saturday, Oct 10

Hello Students:

I’ll be hosting my first Writer’s Salon on Saturday, Oct 10 at noon at my house.

The Salon has 5 rules:

1. what you read can be no more than 10 pages (think 15-20 minutes at most)
2. what you read must be something you plan on trying to publish (not self-publish)
3. we aren’t critiquing these; it’s simply a chance to read aloud
4. discussions will occur after lunch
5. to quote wil wheaton: don’t be a dick

I’ll have snacks to munch on. At 12:30, we’ll eat and start reading. Lunch will be a beef enchilada casserole with a Caesar salad. I’ll have OJ, milk, water and coffee. If you want soft drinks, pick ‘em up on the way over.
